The lunar synodic month is the time it takes for the Moon to move from one new Moon to the next. 210.42 Hz is exactly 29 octaves above this very low frequency, and so 210.42 Hz is the reference pitch that all of the sounds and rhythms in this track are synchronized to.

The lunar synodic month effects life on Earth a lot. High tide and low tide in the ocean are controlled by it. People and animals can go mad and often do strange things around full Moon. Women also follow a monthly cycle which effects a lot of things. The Moon is generally considered to have sensual feminine energy.

If you want to tune into the Moon's rhythm in meditation, listening to music that is tuned to octaves of this rhythm is a good way to go about it.
